Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care products once opened
• Items damaged due to misuse
• Products marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
